Sirian Magic Meditation - 7 July 09

On the full moon and lunar eclipse of 7th July 2009, where our Sun also aligned itself with the Sirius Star system, a powerful meditation was hosted by the Goddess Isis, the Sirians Light Beings, Archangels and Ascended Masters in celebration of the Ancient Egyptian New Year. Ann facilitated the session using Language of Light to release energy imbalances from our chakras and emotional body; and performed energy activations for upgrading our light bodies in anticipation of new octaves of ascension energy dawning on earth.

The Sirian Magic Meditation is useful for re-connecting with the Great Pyramid of Giza, Sirius our Great Central Sun and with Goddess Isis on every full moon (Isis is known as Moon Goddess too), or at least on/near July Full Moon every year in celebration of the Ancient Egypt New Year. It could also be a meaningful gift for friends and family members whom you feel may have a special connection with Sirius and Egypt.

Wesak Festival Meditation - 9 May 2009

Wesak Day falls on the full moon day of Indian month of Vaisakh (Wesak), corresponding to the month of May. It marks Lord Gautama Buddha’s birth on earth, his attainment of Buddha-hood and departure from physical body. On this particular day called the annual Wesak Festival, we can expect tremendous outpouring of beneficent forces which occurs at the Wesak Valley in the Himalayas. Wesak each year is the high point of incoming spiritual energies to the Earth where humanity receives the highest frequency of light, stimulating the spirit of love, brotherhood and goodwill.

On Wesak 2009 (May 9th), Ann led a meditation connecting a group of 30 people energetically to the live Wesak Festival to receive the blessings from Lord Buddha and other Masters of the Spiritual Hierarchy. The session ended with a group recitation of the Metta Prayer for anchoring the Love, Peace and Wellness vibration on Earth and all her dwellers.

The Art of Balancing: March Equinox Meditation. 6 August 2009

Group meditation to connect with and leverage on this solar wave of balancing for bringing forth a more coherent, wholesome and holistic transformation for ourselves and humanity as we transit into the Golden Age. Working with Lord Maitreya (commonly known as the Laughing Buddha) and Goddess Green Tara (the deity for healing and compassion), I channelled the Language of Light for:

Activating our third eye for harmonizing the logical and intuitive mind
Balancing the Heart (the Knower) and the Mind (the Executor)
Alignment of our masculine and feminine aspects
Connection with Heaven and Earth

There was also a short discourse by Lord Maitreya (live channeling) on how to balance our earthly roles with spiritual aspirations, and truly be the Walking God that we are meant to become.

Dance of the One Heart – Full Moon ECLIPSE Meditation with the Lady Masters, 6 August 2009

Eclipses are important in activating the numerous existing and new energy portals on Earth for raising the human consciousness and prepare our light body to integrate more fully the higher dimensional energies.

At the Dance of the One Heart meditation held on Aquarius Full Moon cum Lunar Eclipse, Ann channeled healing and blessings from the Divine Mother and her various aspects including Goddess Isis, Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Green Tara, Lady Nada, Sekhmet and Lakshmi for: rebalancing our emotional body, clearing negative karmic imprints, reconfiguring the light body for holding higher vibrational frequency.

Bringing forth the feminine qualities of receptivity, nurturing, acceptance, creative passion, gentleness and regality, it was a truly joyous celebration of the return of the Divine Goddess – that beautiful creative force that leads humanity back to Living the One Heart !

Christ Full Moon Good Friday Meditation - 10 April 09

On 10th April 2009 (Full Moon), Ann facilitated a meditation in conjunction with the Festival of Christ – a spiritual event celebrating the living and rising Christ Consciousness in humanity. This Christ Consciousness is not a being, but a pure expression of unconditional love frequency, the energy vibration propelling mankind towards its next stage of evolution, known as the Golden Age.

Working with the Planetary Christ Lord Maitreya and the Star Beings from Lyra, Ann transmitted the following energy activations using high frequency light and sound codes known as the Language of Light:

Heart chakra - raising our love quotient
Third eye - improved manifestation of thoughts into physical reality
Solar plexus - greater ability to action on our inspirations
Planetary Healing – using Group intent, connect to Earth’s Christ Consciousness Grid for harmonization of planetary energy towards fulfilling the Divine Plan on Earth

Ann also channelled advice and guidance from the Spiritual and Cosmic Hierarchy in response to questions raised by the participants concerning their spiritual path and related issues.

Goddess Magic Meditation - 9 Feb 09 Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse

On this special evening, hosted by the Divine Mother and all her feminine aspects, the following energy work was channelled through Ann:

Clearing lower chakras of discordant energy

Invoking Goddess Kwan Yin and Goddess Isis for release and rebalancing of dense energies trapped in the root, sacral and solar plexus. The intent is to transpose fears surrounding physical survival & security, having intimate relationship with others, not being loved and not being good enough into (sense of unworthiness) into loving and empowering vibrations. This segment of energy work is particularly helpful for those who are having dis-eases connected to digestive, reproductive, urinary and excretory systems.

Strengthening life force energy

Working with Goddess Sekhmet of Egyptian tradition on improving our vitality by tapping into the Earth's kundalini energy, suitable for those who feel exhausted easily or are anaemic

Opening Lotus of the Heart

Goddess Hathor, also of Egyptian lineage, will help open our heart chakra so we can be more receptive to the many good things in life. When we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude, we promote the flow of abundance through our body and hence our lives.

12 December 2008 Golden Meditation

On the full moon of 12^th December 2008, new cosmic energy was transmitted from the Galactic Center to prepare and assist humanity in transiting into a new evolutionary phase known as the 5th dimension. On this special occasion, Ann channeled the great being known as the Planetary Logo, Lord Sanat Kumara who offered insights on The Golden Age and gifted the group with the “Three-Fold Flame” energy activation. The meditation ended with the Office of the Christ and the Elohim presenting DNA re-coding work to the group. All energy activations were delivered through high frequency sound and light codes called the Language of Light.

According to Lord Maitreya, in order for our mind to 'see' the abundance (unlimited potential) of this universe that we are part of, we need to raise our level of consciousness. If our DNA remains active at the 3rd strand which corresponds to the 3rd dimension, our mind will be stuck in believing that things need to be tangible/physical to be real, and so we will continue to experience lack or scarcity in this world, rather than abundance. At the 3rd dimension, 'seeing is believing' meaning the mind needs to see first before believing that the things we want already exist.

If we upgrade our DNA to strand 4 and above, our mind will start to manifest faster and more effectively. It will operate on the belief that 'believing in seeing', meaning as long as we believe (give intent and visualise) the things we want are already out there somewhere, the mind begins to attract and materialise them more rapidly. We then begin to live beyond this level of physical reality which comes with fear of not having enough. As we raise our awareness to a higher level, the mind sees and attracts abundance all the time.

Every higher level of DNA corresponds to a higher dimension. For humanity, the focus now is ascending to 5th dimension. Technically speaking, this requires only 5th DNA strand to be activated. However, our spirit guides are very generous in responding to our requests of wanting to grow and evolve, so Office of the Christ and Elohim gifted us the activation up to 8th strand. This is why they said the energy work that was given to us on 888 will be more than sufficient to support us through the next 2 years.

Lord Maitreya also explained the double helix (1 pair of DNA) looks like the number 8. Hence he chose the day 888 to offer the DNA work to all of us.

Lord of Arcturus and Maitreya's full teachings are recorded, as well as my Language of Light, in a CD which can be replayed anytime, especially on new moon, full moon and portal opening days.
