Every number tells a story – and the story it tells is the story of you and your life.

There are many ways to wisdom and I have found western numerology to be one of the most fascinating and intriguing ways of unlocking the mysteries of the human life. It is like a key to decoding the secrets within us - we as spiritual beings having an earthly experience.      

Numerology is an ancient metaphysical study of number energies. It is an accurate, profound and easy-to-learn tool for understanding ourselves – our gifts, talents, character tendency, behavioural traits, lessons to accomplish, mission and destiny – and for making predictions of what lies ahead of us.

Course Structure /Approach

The course is structured into basic and advanced levels. Completion of the basic level is a pre-requisite to attending the advanced module.

“Learning is in the doing”. The course will therefore be conducted using a hands-on and practical approach, using exercises, case studies and group sharing to reinforce the learning of numerology principles. Additionally, there is a time interval scheduled in between the basic and advanced levels to allow the participants to apply their numerology knowledge in their daily activities; observe and record their experiences working with numbers before returning to take the advanced level. Know Thyself, so as to Heal Thyself - Lecture Series on Body and Spirit Anatomy

Ann received this message, from Lord of Arcturus, on the night of 26 August 2007 while performing distant healing for a few of her friends. Thereon, she felt guided to put together a lecture series entitled Spiritual and Physical Anatomy.

“During this period, Lightworkers need to take extra care of their physical body because there are much changes going on to your cellular structure which is to prepare you to better integrate the new energies dawning on earth.  Your energy fields needs to be aligned with earth's, solar system's and the galaxy's axiatonal lines.  In particular, your lower 3 chakras are the weakest during this period, and if you are not centered in Love vibration, fears of earthly nature, such as of physical safety & security, money, sexuality, familial relationships, would be greatly manifested into emotional and physical disorders.”

Our physical body is a wonderful gift from God, for it is with the physical body that we can experience a whole spectrum of thoughts and human emotions. Through experiencing ‘good’ and ‘bad’ emotions, we become more aware of what our heart desires and what it fears. Good emotions or vibes make us feel joyful, powerful and alive. On the contrary, bad emotions, carrying low vibratory frequencies, eventually bring about physical dis-eases.

If we are compassionate towards ourselves, we will come to understand the fear-based emotions as nothing more than reflections of discordant energies in our body, brought about by possibly negative karmic memories or limiting beliefs which we acquired. Once we embrace these ‘bad’ emotions as part of our beingness, we will see them as ‘teachers’ and hence more ready to transmute them into higher vibratory ‘good’ emotions.  That’s how the physical body begins to heal permanently.

Our biography becomes our biology. Your physical body is encoded with memories of your soul experiences and the spiritual lessons your soul wishes to accomplish in this lifetime.  Every physical illness you draw upon yourself is a clue to discovering something deeper and greater in you and this search is made easier through the human emotional system.

To assist more people in understanding the inter-connection between their physical, emotional and spiritual body, Ann put together a series of lectures under the guidance of Archangel Raphael, Medicine Buddha, Goddess Isis and other guides from the spiritual hierarchy.  The main topics include:
