The June to July period is packed with opportunities for inner growth and transformation. With the Summer Solstice (21 June) and Full Moon Lunar Eclipse (26 June) just behind us, we are fast moving towards another significant astrological event - New Moon in Cancer cum Total Solar Eclipse on 11 July 2010.
With a total solar eclipse occurring on the same day as the coming new moon, we can expect extremely potent energy to dawn on planet earth, nudging us to let go of fear-based mental patterns and out-dated beliefs. This is now the time for our soul wisdom to emerge from our cellular memory and be that voice that will guide us towards experiencing more Love & Joy.
The spiritual hosts for this event were Lord Sananda (commonly known as Master Jesus) and his twin flame, Lady Master Nada.
I was told the
theme of the meditation, including the discourse to be delivered by both
Masters, will be 'LOVE THYSELF'. The Masters feel this is an appropriate
theme as it seems that more of us are / will be feeling a sense of loss, despair
and confusion during this period of planetary energy shifts and we may also have
a stronger urge to search for and reconnect physically with our soul mates. They
say this is the time for re-centering to self-love, before manifestation of our
dream realities (including relationships) can truly take place.
Besides working on opening our heart chakra to connect with the vibrations
of Love, Joy, Compassion, Forgiveness and Oneness, the guides will also assist
in releasing illusions of fear and doubt from our mind, followed by re-alignment
of our energy grid with Earth's crystalline grid and the galactic core.

During Atlantis, Lady Nada served as a priestess in the Temple of Love. On 12th December 2009, we astral travelled to this beautiful temple designed after the pattern of a rose to receive Lady Nada's healing, energy activation and loving blessings.

Introduction to the 7 Major Chakras on the Human Energy System
One of the components of the human energy field is the chakra system. Chakra is a Sanskrit word, referring to an active pulsating vortex of vital energy which expands through and around the surface of the body and it emits the electromagnetic waves of vibrations known as the aura. It is through the chakras that we breathe in the universal life force, also known as chi, qi or prana, to keep our physical body alive and healthy.
Each chakra is also associated with specific spiritual lessons helpful for our evolution into higher consciousness.
There are seven major chakras or energy centers located in the glands along the center line of the spine. While the corresponding glands of the chakras are physical, the chakras themselves are non-physical. They are vortices of energies giving off vital currents in the spinal fluids which flows in the marrow of the spinal cord and directly governs the nervous system. It is in these energy centres that thoughts and feelings register first, directly affecting and regulating the whole biological and physiological functioning of the human body.
When our chakra system is operating in a balanced state, we experience health, harmony, love, abundance and spiritual attunement. Conversely if any of the chakras is ‘blocked’ with low vibrational emotional or thought patterns, the energy blockage will manifest into some form of physical dis-eases over time. Refer the following chart for the characteristics of each chakra and its connection with the physical organs and anatomy.

Q: Not everyone believes in spirituality. Is there a way in which I can help them thru the use of this ray healing? |

A: You have a valid concern. I am afraid we can't change anybody directly if he/she is not ready to make a shift in their belief. What you can do is to focus on your own growth in Light and Love, and let your glow attracts them to you and henceforth triggers the change in them naturally. |

Q: I wish to share a bit about the Ray Healing symbols you introduced in the last meditation. I was looking at the symbols, not feeling particularly motivated to meditate on them as I do not know which symbol to start with. I then let my mind see and pick the symbols as it wished – and it settled with The Tube Torus for the heart chakra. However, I felt weird as if something was not in sync. Next the Flower of Life symbol appeared below to support my body, like a seat and blossoming into a three-dimensional lotus. It was just for a short moment that I have this image and sensation. I have been having terrible headaches and sleepless nights. Can you advise me what can I do about it? I have tried doing the healing for myself, but it does not seem to be working so effectively. question is can one’s energy be affected by the surroundings even though I do chakra cleansing on myself? |

A: Our heart knows the answers to all our questions. You started off not knowing exactly which symbol to use but were intuitively pulled towards the Tube Torus symbol of the heart chakra, precisely because the heart is the knower. By allowing your awareness to flow to and open your heart chakra with the help from this symbol, you then received the answer you needed which was the Flower of Life symbol which in turn indicated your base chakra needed rebalancing at this time. It is very probable that you are having limiting thoughts and emotions concerning physical health, financial security and/or familial relationships during this stage, which resulted in your base chakra ‘calling’ for attention. I suggest you connect with Master El Morya, Lord of the first Ray, and the healing tools he has gifted (namely the Flower of Life symbol and the particular mantra) to release these fear-based vibrations from your base chakra. You having frequent headaches could be a sign that your crown chakra is drawing in strong spiritual energy. So all the more you need to pay attention to your base chakra, in order for all your chakras (upper and lower) to expand in a harmonious and unified manner. My response to your last question on whether our energy could be affected by our surrounding would be a Yes for as long as we allow these lower energy to influence us. If we activate our Merkabah and do thorough chakra cleansing or rebalancing regularly, we would be less affected. |
In the
initial few days, I practised it on specific chakras – heart (thymus
gland),throat (sore throat & ulcer) and 3rd eye (eyesight). I felt a
change in energy when I called on the 6th ray. For the rest, I didn't
feel anything in particular other than being calm.
The
obvious difference is in how I managed to stay calm and observe my own
emotions in response to external events. Things don't get me down as
much and as fast and I'm mostly observing myself - when the ego is at
play and when the soul shines forth.
I tried chakra balancing with all 7 of the Chohans' rays (before I was
doing only 3 to 4, the higher chakras) for about a week. I actually felt
physically better as in I was down with a runny nose one night and after
the meditation the next morning - no more runny nose! Wow! My mouth
ulcer and sore throat recovered within the week without any medication.

The word Mer-ka-bah came from ancient Egypt and it refers to the electromagnetic field that surrounds our body. It takes the shape of a star tetrahedron which consists of two interlocked tetrahedrons (Fig 1 and 2). You can also think of it as a three-dimensional Star of David.
The apex of the upward-pointing tetrahedron terminates one hand’s length above the head, and the apex of the downward-pointing tetrahedron terminates one hand’s length below the feet. A connecting tube, called the pranic tube, runs from the upper apex to the power point through the body’s main energy centers, called chakras. The Merkabah also serves as an inter-dimensional travel vehicle that can take spirit and body from one world into another.
Once activated, it appears as a counter-rotating field of light. A healthy spinning Merkabah is fifty to sixty feet in diameter, proportionate to one’s height. It gives us an expanded awareness of who we are, connects us with higher levels of consciousness, and increases our body’s energy octave and frequency band. Hence, besides using it for safe astral or soul travel, it is a good practice to activate one’s Merkabah frequently for maintaining a higher state of energy frequency and consciousness.
